My personalised approach ensures that each ceremony is crafted with care, creating unforgettable memories for you and your loved ones. Let me bring your special occasion to life with warmth, professionalism, and a touch of magic.
Natalie carried out our vow renewal and I can’t rate her highly enough. Her confidence and guidance throughout was a blessing as I didn’t know what I wanted or how it should all happen. She gave us fantastic ideas for special things to include, like a ring warming and including our children, which made it extra special. She was so invested in our journey together and spent so much time learning about us so that the ceremony was really personal and incredibly touching. She listened to what I wanted and she thought about every little thing, even down to checking what I was planning to wear to ensure her own outfit didn’t clash. She made sure everything was set up and organised, I didn’t need to worry about sorting anything myself. Natalie is the loveliest person you could meet, I would recommend her to everyone!

You may not be quite sure what a celebrant does, or how they differ from a registrar. Registrars are employed by their local council and are responsible for registering marriages, births and deaths, the ceremonies they conduct are legally binding. Celebrants work independently of any local authority, which gives them much more freedom and flexibility when it comes to your wedding day. Celebrants do not conduct legally binding ceremonies so you would need to take the steps mentioned in the below question to make your marriage legal.
No, a celebrant wedding is not legally binding but It’s a very simple process to make it legal. You need to book a statutory marriage/civil partnership appointment at a registry office for a day or so before or after the wedding ceremony. Different offices may refer to this appointment by a different name, basically, it’s the cheapest package available that you want to book. In Cornwall currently, the fee for this appointment is £46. The appointment will take place in a working office and there will be no ceremony, just the two of you and two witnesses, you say some legal wording, sign your paperwork and you’re done. You can save your vows, rings, first kiss, etc for your celebrant ceremony.
Not at all, this is something a lot of couples love to do as they can make them so much more personal and meaningful, but if you are not comfortable with this, I can assist you, or even write them for you based on the information you have given me.
Anywhere you choose, you are not restricted at all so let your imagination run wild. Your ceremony can be indoors or outside the only thing you need is the permission of the land/property owner.
Absolutely, there are so many options out there and I can go through these with you so you can choose something that feels relevant to you. There are rituals you may have seen before, such as handfasting/hand tying and sand ceremonies, to others you may not have seen, like planting a tree or a time capsule memory box. There are also very fun elements we can include such as everyone taking a shot of your favourite drink to toast you as newlyweds before walking back down the aisle together, this really gets everybody in the party mood. If none of the rituals we discuss feel right for you, you can even create your own, or simply have none at all, this is your day, you get to choose what makes you happy.
